Giant gray moth (Cymatophora approximaria) A moth that visits Allen Acres in October and November every year. Caterpillars reported to eat Quercus, Rhexia petiolate, and Smilax laurifolia, a weird grouping of a tree, an herbaceous plant, and a vine.
