POLICIES
Reservations: Advance reservations are recommended to ensure you get the room you want. Room held with deposit on credit card, cash, or check.
Check in: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests are welcome to drop off luggage early. Late check-in may be arranged.
Cancellations: A 7 day advance notice is required for deposit (to be returned) unless canceled room can be re-rented. Any room not re-rented will be charged the full room rate. The rules also apply to guests scheduled for more than one night that stay less than the number of nights they reserve. Reservations of 2 or more rooms require a 21 day cancellation notice.
Also of importance: Smoking in outside areas only. No pets please
